What areas do you serve?

We serve the Outer Banks from Corolla to Nags Head and Manteo, including Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, and Kill Devil Hills, with scheduled trips down Hatteras Island and to Ocracoke. See coverage →

Do I need to buy the Starlink kit myself?

Yes, you buy the Starlink kit directly from Starlink (about $349). We handle professional installation, mounting, sealing, and whole-home Wi-Fi coverage. Starlink details →

How much does Starlink installation cost?

A standard install starts around $299. Roof pivot mounts run about $449 and pole mounts about $499. Engineered hurricane-rated pole mounts and mesh Wi-Fi add-ons are quoted per property.

Will a Starlink mount survive a hurricane on the Outer Banks?

Not the stock options. Starlink publishes no wind rating for the Standard dish, and its official Ridgeline mount is rated to only 50 mph. Our premium option is an engineered pole mount, through-bolted to structure or set in its own concrete footing, built for the wind Dare County actually gets. Hurricane-rated mounts →

How does your pricing work?

You pay a flat, published rate for the install — our skilled labor is the product. Equipment is billed at our cost with no markup, and you are welcome to buy the gear yourself and have us install it. You pay for expertise, not marked-up hardware. See rates →

Do you do networking and Wi-Fi only?

Yes. Networking is the part we care most about. We design and install mesh or commercial-grade UniFi networks — access points, switches, and structured cabling — for full coverage of homes, big rental houses, and small businesses. Networking →

Why does my guest Wi-Fi keep dropping?

Almost always it is coverage: one router trying to serve a large, multi-floor beach house. The fix is wired access points or mesh nodes placed for the actual floor plan, which is why we lead with networking.

What is permanent LED lighting?

Low-voltage, app-controlled color-changing LED track installed once along the roofline and left up year-round. Holiday colors in December, warm architectural accent lighting the rest of the year — no ladders every season. Starter systems run from about $2,200. LED lighting details →

Do you do electrical work?

We handle low-voltage work: networking, Starlink, LED lighting, and AV. For line-voltage electrical we bring in a licensed electrician partner.

What is a rental-ready package?

A turnkey per-door bundle for vacation rentals: reliable whole-home guest Wi-Fi, with Starlink where cable internet is weak, installed and supported as one package. Get a quote →

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Our optional Keep It Running plan from $29/month includes remote network health checks, priority service, and firmware updates.

Can you work with property managers across multiple homes?

Yes. We offer fixed per-door packages so property managers can roll out the same reliable setup across an entire portfolio with one local vendor.

Do you install TVs and audio?

Yes. We do clean TV mounting with hidden wires, sound bars, and whole-home audio, tuned and tested before we leave.
